The free-cell solitaire: eight columns with every card face up, four free cells to set cards aside and four foundations to build from ace to king. Pure logic, no luck, and comfortable to play with one finger.

Every game can be won. Before dealing we check there is a way to win with the free cells of your level. If a move leaves you stuck, we tell you and you can go back to where it still could be won. The hint always takes you along the winning path.

One tap is enough. Tap a card and it goes to the best place by itself; runs of several cards move at once, and cards no longer needed go up on their own. You can also drag them.

Four levels and three modes. Classic with 4, 3 or 2 free cells, a Daily challenge with the same deal for everyone, and Zen with no timer or move count.

Genuinely calm. No ads, no purchases and no accounts. Your games, stats and achievements stay on your device.

For everyone. Large-corner cards that are easy to read on a phone, a classic or four-colour deck, dark, light and high-contrast themes, left-handed controls and a reduce-motion option. In Spanish, Catalan and English.

How to play

All the cards are face up in eight columns. Move them to the four foundations, one per suit, from ace to king. You can place a card on one that is one higher and of the opposite colour, park one card in each free cell, and any card can go into an empty column. Every game can be won.

Tips to get started

• An empty column is worth more than a free cell: it lets you move longer runs at once.
• Dig out the aces and twos buried at the bottom of the columns early.
• Do not fill every free cell: running out of them is the fastest way to get stuck.
